CLIENT INFORMATION
REQUIREMENTS OF CLIENTS
Massage
sessions begin and end at scheduled times. Massages begun
late due to the client arriving late end at the appointed
time and are full-price.
Do
not come for a massage while under the influence of alcohol
or drugs.
If
cancellation is necessary, please give 24 hours’ notice.
Otherwise you may be charged for the appointment unless
it can be filled. Emergency cancellations are
determined at the therapist’s discretion.
Payment
is expected at the time service is rendered.
Sexual
harassment is not tolerated. If the therapist feels compromised,
the session stops immediately and full payment will be required.
This
office is a non-smoking environment.
WHAT
CLIENTS CAN EXPECT
Clients are treated with respect and dignity.
Clients
are provided with a competent, professional massage each
time they come for an appointment.
Personal
and professional boundaries are respected at all time.
Massages
are customized to meet the client’s needs.
Services
are performed for which we are qualified and referred to
appropriate specialists when work is not within our scope.
We do
not diagnose.
Clients
are draped with a sheet or towel at all times during a massage.
Only the parts of the body being worked on are exposed at
any time.
The genitals are never exposed or massaged.
Privacy
and confidentiality are maintained at all times.
Equipment
and supplies are clean and safe.
We
are available to clients by appointment only.
We
can be reached via our cell phones.
We accept
cash or checks.
If
a therapist needs to cancel an appointment, they will do
so within 24 hours whenever possible. If an emergency arises,
someone will try to reach you as quickly as possible to
make whatever arranges meet your approval.
